We understand that plans can change, and we aim to be as fair and transparent as possible. Please review our cancellation and refund policy carefully before registering.

Cancellation Requests

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to admin@yurchenkoinvitational.org 

Refund Schedule

Refund eligibility is based on the date of the cancellation request:

More than 30 days before camp start date: Full refund minus a $25 administrative fee.

15 to 30 days before camp start date: 50% refund of the total camp fee.

Less than 15 days before camp start date: No refund, except in the case of a documented medical emergency.

Medical Emergencies

If a camper is unable to attend due to a medical emergency, a pro-rated refund may be issued upon receipt of a physician’s note. The administrative fee still applies.

No-Shows

Campers who do not attend and do not provide advance notice will not receive a refund.

Camp Cancellations by Organizer

In the rare event that the camp is canceled by the organizers, registrants will receive a full refund of all paid fees.

Transfers

Transfers to a different session (if available) may be requested at least 14 days prior to the original start date. Approval is based on space availability.
